The app suggests a price for your exact queue, and you set the final number, from ₹99. Very early or late starts usually cost more. Fair bands from HSTLE's fair-rate guide, at big-city rates; smaller towns usually price lower.

You pay for the task, and HSTLE holds the money. It goes to them only when you approve, or when the time to check runs out with no problem reported.

Can someone go to the passport office for me?
They can wait in a line for you, but where an office works by appointment or needs you there in person, the appointment and the visit stay yours. Keep your passport and original papers with you: under the Terms, a task must not involve carrying them.
What do I hand over for a queue task?
Usually nothing. Tell them where the line is, what you need and when you will come. Do not hand over passports, original papers, jewellery or cash over ₹10,000.
How does the photo proof work for a queue?
They can send a photo of the token or the line in the task chat. When they mark the task done, you get 24 to 72 hours to check: approve, or report a problem and the money stays held.
