Post a task

Pick up, drop, buy it for me.

On HSTLE you post an errand, a parcel across town, a market list, papers to an office, a return to a store, and a verified person nearby runs it. Anything they buy for you comes from an item budget, held with the price, against a shop bill.

Buying something for you? Add an item budget when you post. It is held with the price. They buy it, upload the shop bill in the app, and what is not spent comes back to you. Keep it within ten times the task price: the Terms set that limit for anything a task involves.

Beforeyou send.

How does the item budget work?

Add an item budget when they are buying something for you. It is held with the price, they upload the shop bill, and what is not spent comes back to you.

Can I cancel after they have bought the item?

No. Once they have bought something on a shop bill, you cannot cancel: report a problem instead. Money spent on a shop bill goes to them either way.

What can't go on an errand?

Under the Terms, a task must not involve carrying cash over ₹10,000, jewellery, passports, original papers, or anything worth more than ten times the task price, shopping from an item budget included. Handling medication is not on HSTLE yet.

Is what I send insured?

No. HSTLE is not an insurer; loss or damage is between the two of you, so keep what you send within the limits in the Terms.
